My Chili Cheese Dip is the perfect appetizer for game day. It's ALWAYS a winner! Just 3 ingredients.  You can make it ahead and bake it when you're ready. You know me. I'm all about make-aheads. Besides a really good dip, a big messy sandwich is a must for game day get togethers. Get out your slow cooker and make my Hot Beef Sandwiches this weekend. This is one of my most popular recipes. We LOVE it and it makes me happy you love it too! I get a big chuck roast or even two. That way we have leftovers. I serve it on buns for the game. Later in the week, I heat it up and serve it for dinner over mashed potatoes.  It's great in tortillas for taco night too! I'm all about cooking once and getting a few different meals out of it! 

Looking for some healthy recipes for the New Year? I hear ya. This weekend I plan on making a big batch of soup. My Slow Cooker Southwest Chicken Stew is hearty but healthy. Easy too! Just throw it all in your slow cooker. When you come home after a long day, dinner is done and the house smells so good! Go ahead and have seconds because it's good for you. Perfect for game day! I serve it with fun chili fixin's liked shredded cheese, cilantro, sour cream, and tortilla strips.  Then everyone can load up on their favorite toppings. This also make a big batch and freezes great! LOVE THAT! 

Speaking of chili.  If you're looking for a new chili recipe try my kids favorite, Quick Ranch Chili.  A packet of dry Ranch dressing mix gives this chili great flavor! Want to lighten it up?  Use ground turkey instead of the ground beef.   It's delicious either way!
