Happy Easter! Thank you to everyone who watched me on TV this week!

It was so fun to cook up some of my favorite Easter recipes on TV in Minneapolis. I was on both Twin Cities Live and The Jason Show this week making my favorites recipes with the leftover Easter ham.

If you are making a ham this Easter, try it my way. I make a special Brown Sugar and Mustard Glazed Ham that will be a WINNER for sure!

My family loves it! This glaze has a secret ingredient. A can of Coke. This easy glaze will take your Easter ham to the next level!

It works for any kind of ham, bone in or boneless and any size too! So yummy!

On the side with the ham, the kids will love my Mac 'n Cheese Minis. Grownups too! How cute are these! Super easy to make! You bake these in muffin tins. They are always a winner!

My Southern Style Mac 'n Cheese casserole is another family favorite at Easter.

I LOVE asparagus! I picked up a beautiful bunch for Easter. My Lemon Roasted Asparagus is the perfect veggie for Easter dinner. It's full of flavor and a taste of spring.

I always like to start off Easter dinner with a big beautiful salad. The strawberries are on sale right now. Why not pick some up and toss together my Strawberry Spinach Salad. It's a taste of spring and so pretty!

This spring Elegant Chicken, Ham and Swiss Cheese Casserole is one of my ALL TIME favorites! I love it because it's a company-worthy casserole! You can make up to 3 days ahead and bake it when you're ready.

It's another delicious and easy recipe for Easter dinner and a great way to use that leftover ham!

Speaking of leftover ham, my cheesy Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham is something I always make after Easter! It's SO GOOD! Super easy too! Just throw it all together in your crockpot! It's my hubby Hoyt's favorite!

We LOVE soup! My Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup is something we always look forward to after Easter. It makes a big batch and freezes great! Try it!

Keep Easter brunch easy breezy! Don't be stuck in the kitchen all morning! You can assemble my Overnight Blueberry French Toast Bake the night before. Then, just make it when you're ready Sunday morning. It's delicious! We love it served with sausage or bacon.

Really want to WOW your family this Easter, make my Sticky Bun Coffee Cake!

This is another make-ahead. Get it all ready the night before and then let it rise and do it's thing overnight. Bake it in the morning and be prepared to look like a rock star! It's a pull-apart sweet treat. Warm out of the oven with coffee it's heavenly! Super easy too because you make it using frozen dinner rolls.
