Hi there

Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! This week is extra special for me! I'm in Japan! My son Riley is a teacher here! This is my first time to come visit and it's been so wonderful!

We're in Kyoto and it's so beautiful! Yesterday we visited the beautiful city gardens. It's starting to look like spring here! The cherry blossoms are just starting. They are gorgeous! I can't wait to see more of the! I'm also so excited to visit different food markets and try all sorts or delicious new things!

When I get home, it's time to start getting ready for Easter. My hubby Hoyt loves ham! It's my hubby's favorite! If you'e making a ham this Easter, try it my way. I make a special Brown Sugar and Mustard Glazed Ham that will be a WINNER for sure!

My family loves it! This glaze has a secret ingrdient. A can of Coke. Not diet. It's got to be regular Coke. This easy glaze will take your Easter ham to the next level BIG TIME! It works for any kind of ham, bone in or boneless and any size too! I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! So yummy!!

I'm the Queen of Casseroles! This spring Elegant Chicken, Ham and Swiss Cheese Casserole is one of my ALL TIME favorites! I love it because it's a company-worthy casserole! You can make up to 3 days ahead and bake it when you're ready.

It's another delicious and easy recipe for Easter dinner and another way to use that leftover ham!
