I hit the road this week! It was so fun to be back on TV! I was in Minneapolis on The Jason Show making some of my favorite recipes for Valentine's Day weekend! 

I can skip the flowers on Valentine's Day.  Chocolate is the way to my heart!  Here are some of my favorite desserts that you can whip up in no time!

Speaking of ooey and gooey.  Thank you to everyone who watched me on Twin Cities live this week! The hosts Elizabeth and Ben went crazy over my Triple Chocolate Mess! 

My kids used to beg me to make this dessert!  My Triple Chocolate Mess is THE ULTIMATE chocolate treat! It's so easy to make! You just throw all the ingredients together and you cook it in your crockpot.  Spoon this delicious decadent warm dessert into bowls and top with vanilla ice cream.  You can top with a cherry or fresh berries too.   It's a real WOW! 

You NEED to make this! Just trust me! It's a WINNER! 

On the weekends we always love to have a special date night dinner at home.  For seafood lovers my Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo is AMAZING and so quick and easy! The alfredo sauce is the best ever! it's rich and creamy and no flour! 

Have you ever been to Mackinac Island, Michigan?  It's MAGICAL!  

There are no cars on the island, just horses and bikes.  It's like you've stepped back in time.
