Our hotel has the most beautiful rooftop with gorgeous views!

My husband Hoyt and I and my group had cocktails on the rooftop last night! It was AMAZING! 

Then it was time for dinner.  I've got the most fabulous group with me on this trip! 

Last night we went to one of my favorite pizzerias for our welcome dinner.  The wood fired pizzas just kept coming! What a fun night! 

Our trip is just getting started! We'll be going from Florence to our stunning Tuscan 14th century resort tomorrow for a week.  Then, on to Rome!  Lots more food and fun to come!  We''ll be taking 3 Italian cooking classes!

I hope you had a great Halloween!  They celebrated here in Italy! We saw lots of cute kids in costumes last night in Florence! 

Got leftover Halloween candy?  Use it to make my Snickers Dip! It's SO YUMMY! Super easy too!  I serve it with pretzels, graham crackers, Nilla wafers, and crunch crisp apples.  You need to make this!  It's perfect for game day too! 

By the way, dip apple slices and fruit in Sprite or 7up to keep them from turning brown.   It works great and tastes much better then lemon juice.   Try it!

Speaking of game day.  My Green Bay Packers are having a great start to the season.   They play the Detroit Lions Sunday.  We're trying to find a place to watch the game here in Tuscany.

It's loaded with sausage, potatoes, cheese and a little beer! It's SO CRAZY good and SO EASY too!  Just throw it together in your crockpot.

This recipe is SO EASY BREEZY! Just 4 ingredients!  Throw it all in your slow cooker and pickup good buns from the bakery and you're all set!

Speaking of sandwiches, I LOVE SLIDERS because you can eat more than one!   

Pick up some shaved ham and cheese from the deli this weekend and make Hot Ham and Cheese Sliders.  These are ALWAYS A WINNER!

My Honey Lime Chicken is another family favorite.  It's another crockpot recipes so you can throw it together in no time! 

It's great for game day or Taco Night.   This chicken so good! You can shred it for tacos and burritos.  It's perfect for a big taco too!
