Hi there

This is a bucket list trip! I've got a wonderful group of people here with me! We're having a blast!  We've been eating our way around Athens and two Greek Islands!  The food here has been incredible!

We've even taken two Greek Cooking classes! I've learned so much!

I'll keep posting lots of pictures of all the food and beautiful scenery.

I've learned so much while we've been in Greece!  The food is so fresh and they keep things very simple!  I can't get enough of the huge Greek salads.  We have them at almost every lunch and dinner.  They are so delicious!

I can't wait to toss together a big beautiful Greek Salad when I get home! It's going to be even better when the summer cucumbers and tomatoes get here!  

Speaking of cucumbers.   I LOVE them and we've been eating a lot of them here!  There's nothing better then cool cucumbers and fresh dill in the summer! When we get home from this trip I can't wait to fire up the grill! I love lemon anything and everything! They use some much lemon in Greek cooking! We've had some great chicken here that reminds me of my Best Ever Lemon Chicken really is THE BEST! In summer I do it in a foil pan on the grill.  It's AMAZING.  Got chicken? Just give it a try!
