I'm so excited to fire up the grill this weekend! I'm craving brats. It seems like it's been ages since we've had brats! Try doing them my way in a Brat Tub filled with butter, beer, onions and kraut. They stay cozy and warm and super juicy! Plus, you don't have to babysit the grill the whole time. You can get these babies done ahead. LOVE THAT! BEST BRATS EVER!
On the side my famous Broccoli Bacon Salad goes with whatever you are serving this weekend! I like to make it the day before or morning of the get together so the flavors really come together. If you bring this to the potluck they will be asking for the recipe. LOVE THAT!
Every summer party needs a big beautiful fruit salad! I love offering healthy options at my parties. Pick up the fruit that looks the prettiest and toss up this Fruit Salad with Honey Poppy Seed Dressing. I add the dressing right before serving. It's a nice way to make your fruit salad extra special!
