May is flying by! I can't believe it's almost Memorial Day weekend! I'm craving all things summer! Like grillin' and BBQ! Sometimes the weather just don't cooperate. I'm getting out the slow cooker and we're making my Super Easy Pulled Pork Sandwiches next weekend! This recipe is so crazy easy! It's literally 5 ingredients! You just throw it all in a crockpot! The ginger ale (the real stuff, not diet) gives the pork such
great flavor! This is great on buns, slider rolls or even in tortillas. I get a big pork roast even two! The

Gotta have coleslaw with my pulled pork! It's a must! Coleslaw from the deli most of the time isn't very fresh or good. Plus, you get that little container and it's so expensive too! NUTS!
