Hi there Happy Friday! Happy Mother's Day to all you AMAZING moms! I just got back from Charleston with these lovely ladies and moms and their hubbys too!
We had the most wonderful group Cooking Mom Vacation! We LOVED Charleston! What a charming town! We had the most delicious southern food, we shopped 'til we dropped, we took a carriage ride, went on a walking tour and we got all dressed up for a Kentucky Derby party! What fun!
We had so much delicious seafood on this trip but we couldn't leave Charleston without having
some Carolina BBQ! I hosted a farewell dinner at best BBQ joint in town! Lewis BBQ was AMAZING! They even gave us a private tour of their smokehouse!
We found the meat! From smoked brisket, to ribs, sausages and a boat load of sides like homemade
mac'n cheese, pinto beans, and our favorite a green chili corn pudding! It was AMAZING! Can't wait to go back to Charleston again! Everybody loved it! Who wants to go to Charleston with me? I'm so excited to be in Scottsdale, Arizona to be spending Mother's Day weekend with my beautiful
mom! I don't get to see her as often as I'd like so it's going to be a very special! Why not treat mom to a delicious Mother's Day brunch at home! My Overnight Blueberry French Toast is so easy! You make the night before
and then just pop it in the oven thew next morning! Serve this with my Brown Sugar Bacon! Total yum!
My Absolute Favorite Brunch Bake is loaded with sausage, eggs, hash browns, and cheese, It really is THE ULTIMATE egg bake and my family's favorite! It's got a couple secret ingredients that make it super delicious! I love this because it's another make-ahead and it's all in there! You don't need much more! Just a fruit salad and

Gotta have a sweet treat too! When my kids are home for the holidays they always beg me to make
