Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week! I have some BIG news!

Today I'm announcing my next trip! I'm so EXCITED!

Join me in Ireland next April 2025! This trip has it all! We'll even stay two nights in an 18th century Irish castle! My trips are so special and so different from the rest! I plan every detail myself! You know me! I'm all about the food! We'll see all the best of Ireland and we'll enjoy AMAZING Irish food, beer and Whiskey too!  We'll listen to live Irish music and see Irish dancers!  You can even learn how to make Irish scones!  I worked so hard to make this trip a GREAT DEAL with so much included!  Don't wait to reserve your spot! If you didn't get a chance to celebrate Valentine's Day earlier this week, why not make something special this weekend! It's always fun to make a delicious breakfast on the weekend! My Nutella Stuffed French Toast With Strawberries  is such a treat! Super easy too! 

We love French Toast or pancakes with my Brown Sugar Bacon! Talk about an easy way to take your Sunday bacon to the next level! Just two ingredients! Why not try it this weekend! 

I'm cooking up meat free recipes for Lent. I LOVE a good Friday fish fry but sometimes they get so busy during Lent. 

Why not make seafood at home? 

I LOVE Alfredo sauce! I never buy the stuff in the jar.  It's no good.   

My Shrimp Fettucine Alfredo is so delicious.  

It's super easy to make too! No flour, no roux.  My sauce is so creamy and cheesy and simple. It's great with shrimp or without and great with chicken too! You'd pay big bucks for this dish out at a restaurant.  Save some dough and make it at home.  

I think I'm gonna make it for dinner tonight!

Sometimes you just gotta pull dinner out of a hat.  We all have those days.  Here's an idea: keep a couple cans of crabmeat on hand and you too can be a magician.  

You can whip up my Cheesy Crab Melts in minutes. 

In winter,  who doesn't crave a cheesy, toasty sandwich?  These will be a HUGE hit.  

Don't have crabmeat? No worries.  These open faced sandwich are great made with canned tuna too! 

Just make them! So good! Plus, they are a great way to serve seafood on a budget.

We love these crabmelts or an ooey goey grilled cheese with a big bowl of my homemade Tomato Basil Soup. 

It's THE BEST EVER! Fire roasted canned tomatoes, heavy cream and loads of basil make it over the top delish!

If the kids or grandkiddos like mac 'n cheese, they'll LOVE my

 Mac 'n Cheese Minis! 

How cute are these?  You make them in muffin tins! What fun! So easy too!

Speaking of the kids, I always say if you don't teach them to cook they'll never learn how.  Get those kids in the kitchen! 

Yeah, it's a bit more messy, but that's what vaccums and dogs are for. LOL! 

I put my kid's ALL TIME favorite recipes all in one place so they are easy to find.  Get your kids excited about cooking!
