recipes with you! Our fridge is so full this this morning. So many leftovers! You too? I can help! I have some super easy breezy recipes to use them all up! Let's start with the turkey.
Got
leftover turkey? You know me! I'm the queen of casseroles. I've got so many ways to use up that turkey! My Terrific Turkey Tetrazzini is a my kids favorite! It's loaded with cooked spaghetti and leftover turkey in a creamy sauce, topped with Parmesan cheese and crunchy breadcrumbs. It's the BEST! This casserole freezes great too! like broccoli and cheese, you'll love my Turkey Divan casserole. It's one of my all time favorites!
My Turkey and Stuffing Casserole is a great way to use both the turkey and the stuffing. Underneath the top layer of crunchy stuffing is a creamy layer of yummy sauce and super moist leftover turkey! All that sauce keeps the turkey from getting dry. You can use boxed stuffing on top too. I
love this casserole!
Here's
one more. My Taste of Thanksgiving Casserole uses almost all the leftovers, from the turkey, the veggies, the stuffing, potatoes and
even the gravy! When, we are feeling like we are just "turkey'd -out " I make this, but I don't bake it. I freeze it. Then when we want a taste of Thanksgiving it's in my freezer. Just
thaw it and bake it and serve it with some cranberry sauce. So good!
It's getting chili here in Wisconsin. Why not make a big batch of soup with that
leftover turkey to warm you up. I love my Southwest Turkey Soup because it's really healthy but hearty too! It's kind of like a chicken chili. It's just something a little different to do with the turkey. I serve it with our favorite chili fixin's. This soup freezes great too!
My
daughter, Ireland is always in charge of making the mashed potatoes. She does such a great job but she went a little overboard and made boat load! Boy, do we have leftovers!

ALWAYS have leftover cranberry sauce. By the way it freezes great. My crockpot Cranberry Meatballs with cranberry sauce and just a
couple other ingredients are ALWAYS a winner! We made them yesterday and they everybody loves them. They are the perfect holiday appetizer. They are also great for dinner over mashed potatoes.
Here's
