Happy Friday! I can't believe it's almost Christmas.  If you're stressed about Christmas shopping here's an idea.  This weekend why not make a bunch of gifts.  I LOVE giving homemade gifts from my kitchen. 

Anybody can buy a gift.  Taking the time to make gifts is. so special.  These Gifts in a Jar are fun to make and super easy!  My homemade Beer Bread mix costs next to nothing to make.  Just add a can a beer and melted butter when you want to bake and it's amazing! There's nothing like the smell of homemade bread baking! I also have a great recipe for a Dill Dip mix that goes great with this beer bread and fresh veggies.  Why not give the two jars together! It's holiday party time.  If you need some easy breezy appetizer recipes, I got you! My Cranberry Meatballs are ALWAYS a HUGE HIT! Just 5 ingredients.  Dump them all in the crockpot and in a few hours they are done! Everybody loves them! My Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip is another family favorite at the holidays.  It makes a nice big batch! It's so cheesy and so good! Sometimes I bake it in a big loaf of sourdough bread.  TOTAL YUM!   

I love serving seafood during the holidays but it's expensive.  My grandmother Mimi's Crab Dip  is a great way to serve crab on a budget.  Mimi is no longer with us but I always think of her when I make this dip.  It's an old school recipe that never goes out of style.  It's will look so pretty on your holiday buffet.  Click Appetizers for more recipes that will really get the party started. 

For dinner, why not really WOW everybody with this Bacon and Cheese Stuffed Bake Beef Tenderloin.  It looks so fancy, but it's actually really easy to make!  I love it stuffed with bleu cheese but any cheese will work.  It's AMAZING! On the side you can't go wrong with my Loaded Potato Casserole! It's goes great with whatever you are serving from my

For dessert pick up a box of your favorite brownie mix and make a Chocolate Peppermint Trifle.   The kids will love it! Grown ups too!
