You know me. I'm all about the food! It was important to me to use fresh local ingredients in the food for our wedding reception. I also wanted to make our wedding very Hawaiian with tropical colors and flavors. Our wedding cake was coconut cream. It turned out so cute and it was THE BEST cake I've ever had!
We're in Hanalei Bay on the north shore of Kauai for a couple more days. Then Hoyt and I are going to Honolulu and then California for our honeymoon. We've having so much fun. We took a boat ride to see the breathtaking Na Pali coast, we've snorkeled and swam with giant turtles, and we even made our own leis for the wedding. It's been an AMAZING week.
