Weekends are my time to "Cook Big". What I mean by that is I like to cook once and get a few meals out of it for the upcoming week. My Sweet Chili Beef Roast is so CRAZY good and CRAZY EASY too! It's just 4 ingredients! Get this. One of them is a can of coke! HOW CRAZY is that! But it works! The sauce is what makes this dish. My secret is get a big chuck roast or even two! Then, let it cook low and slow all day. You come home and your house smells AMAZING! LOVE THAT! On night one we love this with mashed potatoes. Later in the week serve the meat
shredded on buns or slider rolls. It's great with a bit of BBQ sauce. Then, for taco night, add a can of green chiles and serve this beef in tortillas with taco fixin's. Blend up batch of margaritas and you've got one fun night in! Plus you really just cooked just once and got 3 different meals out of it. Just try this! Trust me it's a WINNER! I LOVE
to make a big batch of soup every week in the fall. This Southwest Chicken Stew is something you can feel good about! It's like
a chicken chili loaded with corn and beans. Go ahead, have a second bowl. It's a healthy soup/stew thats really good for you. Just throw chicken breasts and the rest of the ingredients in your crockpot. Then, when you come home soup's on! This is perfect for game day too! On the
side with chili, soups and stews I make a Big Batch of Homemade Cornbread that is ALWAYS a HUGE hit! Move over blue box

Gotta
serve corn bread with my whipped Honey Butter! It takes corn bread to the next level! My kids beg for this! Yours will too! SO YUMMY!
Got
apples? Use them to make my Slow Cooker Apple Sauce. There's nothing like homemade applesauce! We love it warm with pork
chops. It makes a great dessert too! This freezes great! Makes the house smell so good! LOVE THAT!
