Happy St. Patrick's Day! I hope you had a good week! I'm pretty excited about my corned beef this weekend! 

Because of Lent, we're celebrating Saturday.  I'm making my Corned Beef in the Slow Cooker!  The house is going to smell so good! I can't wait! 

It's still not to late to make a corned beef! They are on sale right now! Why not pick one up today or this weekend? They freeze great too! 

Not everybody digs corned beef and cabbage. I get it.  My Irish Beef Stew is another dish perfect for this weekend! 

It's so easy because you just throw it together in your crockpot. LOVE THAT! I think it's some of the best beef stew ever! Hope you agree! 

Whatever your serving, what about my 4 ingredient Beer Bread on the side. It's crazy easy and warm out of the oven with butter on top it's heavenly! 

Perfect with soups, stews, and that corned beef too! So good with my quick and easy Reuben Soup! 

Speaking of Reubens,  I have so many ideas on how to use that leftover corned beef.  Or, pick up some sliced corned beef from the deli and make my Reuben Dip!  

It's perfect for this weekend and March Madness too!  I make HUGE delicious Reuben Sandwich Ring that any reuben lover with devour! 

I even a make a mean Reuben Quiche! Perfect for brunch this weekend! 

For dessert,  how cute are these Chocolate Mint Cupcakes! Easy too! I'm all in for chocolate mint anything! 

If you haven't had one yet, why not celebrate the weekend with my version of Shamrock Shakes.  So fun and festive! 

You can make them even more festive for adults with a splash of vanilla vodka.  You could also skip the food coloring and peppermint extract and use Creme de Menthe instead for a after dinner drink grownup shake.
