Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week. I hear we got some snow back home in Wisconsin. I'm sure glad we missed it!
I'm waking up today in the south of France.
There are about 30 of us here on one of myCooking Mom Vacations. We're taking a river cruise from Provence to Burgundy
stopping at charming French towns along the way.
We visited an olive oil farm, enjoyed lots of wine tastings, visited a huge French market, and so much more!
Spring has sprung here in France and the flowers are so beautiful! It's a gorgeous time to be here!
After our cruise ends Sunday we are going to Paris for 4 nights! We'll be taking a French cooking class, visiting museums, and eating our way around Paris! I can't wait!

The food here in France has been so wonderful! It's so full of flavor, so fresh, yet simple. I bought some lovely French olive oil. We've also been visiting some of the most gorgeous French markets!
I've never seen such beautiful
produce! And, the French spices! WOW! I'm bringing back a whole bunch of them!
I can't wait to get home to use them and try to make some of the amazings dishes we've had here.
My Best Ever Lemon Chickenreminds me of some of the dinners we've had in France. You can bake it in the oven
but when the weather is nice, I love making this in a foil pan on the grill! That lemon, garlic wine sauce keeps the chicken so juicy! It's AMAZING! You gotta try it!
MyStrawberry Spinach Salad is a taste of spring! It's one of my most popular recipes. It's so fresh and pretty and the light homemade poppy seed salad dressing makes it extra special!
