I'm so excited for Easter! I'm sending out my newsletter a day early to give you recipes and ideas to make it the best Easter weekend ever! 

My aunt is flying in today to spend the weekend with us. She LOVES my baked Ham and Cheese Sliders. 

If you don't want to make a big ham, these are perfect.  Just pick up sliced ham from the deli.  So easy and ALWAYS a winner!  

This is also a great way to use your leftover Easter ham.  

We love to do brunch on weekends.  

Going out for brunch on Easter Sunday can be crazy busy.   I like to make a relaxing brunch at home.  

My Absolute Favorite Brunch Bake is AMAZING! It's my holiday go-to.  I love this recipe because it's all in there! It's loaded with sausage, potatoes, eggs and cheese. 

Plus there are a few secret ingredients that make this breakfast casserole over the top yummy and different from the rest!  You can put most of it together Saturday. Then, Sunday morning add a couple more ingredients and get this bad boy into the oven.  

Now you just need a couple more dishes for THE ULTIMATE Easter brunch.

Gotta have something sweet for Easter brunch!

Get the kids in the kitchen and have them help make buttery cinnamon sugar super Easy Monkey Bread.  No knife needed.  Just pull it apart.  Warm out of the oven it's heavenly! 

Every good brunch needs a big beautiful fresh fruit salad.  I always let the fruit at the grocery store "talk" to me. Meaning, it's best to  go into the produce department with an open mind.   

Put the fruit in your cart that looks the best and is the best price.  I love to toss my fruit salads with something that enhances the fruit to make it even more delicious.
