Hi Cooking Moms, Dads & Friends,

TGIF! I hope you had a great week. We haven’t had the greatest weather here in Wisconsin but I’m getting excited for Easter. It’s coming up soon. I’m still not sure how many people are coming over this year but I still plan to make Easter special and delicious!

I used to love dying eggs with my kids. Gosh, I miss that! I just might have to do it without them. If you are dying eggs, make sure to click Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs to read my blog post to make your efforts even more satisfying.

Speaking of eggs, we love brunch! After church, it’s nice to just come home and relax. If your family likes sausage, they’ll flip over My Absolute Favorite Brunch Bake! It’s all in there - eggs, sausage, even hash brown potatoes. It really is MY FAVE! So easy too because it’s a make-ahead recipe. You do most of the work the night before. Why not try it this Easter?

I think every Easter brunch needs something sweet. My Sticky Bun Coffee Cake is always a hit. You put it all together the night before and then bake it fresh Easter morning. Warm out of the oven it’s heavenly!

Click Breakfast & Brunch for more of my favorite Easter breakfast and brunch recipes.

Don’t forget a pretty fruit salad. Every brunch needs a nice yummy salad! My Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing is a perfect way to make fruit extra special. Click Salads for more sensational salad recipes.

If you don’t want to fuss with a big ham this Easter, what about Ham and Cheese Sliders? They are so TASTY! Super easy too. They are also a great way to use the leftover ham after Easter.

My Just Peachy Pork Tenderloin is also perfect for Easter. It’s so good and so easy. You can roast it in the oven or throw it on the grill. Either way it’s fabulous! You gotta try it.

On the side, the kids will get a kick out of my Mac ’n Cheese Minis. They are so cute and yummy. Easy breezy too because you bake them in muffin tins.

Asparagus is here! It’s gorgeous at the grocery store right now. Plus, the price is right! Why not pick up a bunch and make my Asparagus Parmesan Roll-Ups? They make a great Easter appetizer or side dish. So pretty and are a taste of spring!

Looking for a new potato dish to WOW everybody this Easter? My Cheddar Potatoes Au Gratin are delicious. They are perfect with ham or whatever you are serving this Easter.

Click Dinner, Appetizers, and Sides for more Easter recipe ideas.

For dessert, got bananas that need using? I always do! My Banana Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting is super moist and delish! I mean come on, who doesn’t love cream cheese frosting?

Hey, why not get the kids or grandkids in the kitchen and bake up my Easter Bunny Cupcakes? These just make me smile. So cute! Click Desserts for more delicious spring and Easter desserts.

I'll be on TV in Minneapolis on The Jason Show next Thursday morning and on in Milwaukee on Fox 6 Wakeup Friday making amazing Easter recipes. Hope you'll watch!
