Happy Friday! I hope you had a great week. I was in Minneapolis this week. I was so excited to be back LIVE in the studio on The Jason Show yesterday! I made one of my absolute favorite fall recipes. My hot French Dip Sandwiches are ALWAYS a huge hit! They are perfect for fall and game day. So, get out your slow cooker and make these this fall. And don't worry - there is plenty of au jus for dunking and dipping. It feels so good to be back in the studio on TV doing my thing. Thanks so much watching!

I’m super excited to have my daughter Ireland home this weekend! She lives in Minneapolis so she decided to come home with me for a few days. YIPPEE! We love to just hang out and cook together. Tomorrow morning we’ll be hitting the Sheboygan farmers market for sure! We’re going to load up. I love this time of year. Bring on the pumpkins, apples and squash.

We LOVE spaghetti squash! My Roasted Parmesan Spaghetti Squash is a family favorite. Healthy too! We love it as a side dish but sometime I’ll serve it with marinara sauce as the main course too. It’s delicious either way. You just gotta try it!

October is National Chili month. It’s the perfect weekend to make some. I have a bunch of really delicious chili recipes so worth trying! I LOVE chili, but sometimes it doesn’t love me (if you get me drift). LOL! My solution is Way Too Easy White Chicken Chili. It is crazy easy. Pick up a rotisserie chicken to make it even easier. Super healthy and delicious. I usually double the batch. Leftovers freeze great!

My One Pot Turkey Chili Mac is my kids FAVE. I’m betting your gang will love it too!

Chili goes great with my Spider Web Taco Dip. With Halloween coming up it’s so fun to make it this time of year. I know the web looks like it's hard to do, but trust me it's not. You can do it! So cute and yummy.

This is the perfect weekend to pop some popcorn and make my Homemade Caramel Corn. It’s super easy to make and it’s to die for. Now get poppin’ and pick out a movie to watch!
