TGIF! I hope you had a great week. The weather has been perfect here in Sheboygan, Wisconsin! We even went golfing this week! I’m a tennis player, not a golfer, but we had fun. I even got par on one hole! Miracles do happen! I was using my grandmother famous light blue daisy putter. I think it was my good luck charm!

I’m excited to just relax and fire up the grill this weekend!

One of my favorite things to make in the summer are my Chicken and Veggie Kabobs. Everybody goes crazy over them and they are heathy too! What makes them so special is my secret marinade. Just 2 ingredients. Seriously. Best kabobs ever! You need to make these this summer.

I love serving them over rice or my Mushroom Couscous. Couscous is the perfect summer side! Rice can sometimes be tricky but, not couscous! Turns out perfect every time. Healthy too! Click Dinner and Sides for more delicious recipes.

We’re eating lots of salads this summer. I try to make at least one big pasta salad every week. They are great to pack on a picnic or eat on the beach. If you like Caesar salad and bacon, you’ll love my Bacon Caesar Pasta Salad!
