Hi Cooking Moms, Dads & Friends, I hope you're all doing okay. I know times are really tough. It’s been more than two weeks and it looks like things are going get worse before they get better. When I get stressed I get cookin’! Like most of you, I, too, am working from home. A couple of weeks ago I just knew I had to do something. I started cooking really easy recipes online for this difficult time! I’m cooking live on Facebook every day at 3:30pm CST from my kitchen! A huge THANK YOU to all of you who are watching daily! I’m feeling the love with all your kind comments and words of encouragement. I’m going to keep on doing what I do best! Easter is coming up soon and we all know it’s going to be very different this year. We may not have as many people around the table but it can still be delicious! I can help! If you are dying eggs this weekend, make sure to click here to read my blog post on how to make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs every time. I think every Easter brunch needs to start out with something sweet. My Sticky Bun Coffee Cake is always a hit! You put it all together the night before and then bake it fresh Easter morning. Warm out of the oven it’s heavenly! If your family likes sausage, they’ll flip over My Absolute Favorite Brunch Bake! It’s all in there - eggs, sausage, even hash brown potatoes. It really is MY FAVE! So easy too because it’s a make-ahead recipe. You do most of the work the night before. Why not try it this Easter? Click Breakfast & Brunch for more of my favorite Easter breakfast and brunch recipes. Don’t forget a pretty fruit salad. Every brunch needs a nice yummy salad! My Fruit Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing is a perfect way to make fruit extra special. Click Salads for more sensational salad recipes. With everything going on, maybe you don’t want fuss with a big ham this Easter. What about Ham and Cheese Sliders? They are AMAZING! Super easy too. If you are making a ham, make it the best ever with my Brown Sugar and Mustard Ham Glaze. It's so good! A can of Coke is the secret ingredient. Your kids will get a kick out of my Mac ’n Cheese Minis. Click Dinner, Appetizers, and Sides for more Easter recipe ideas. For dessert, why not get the kids in the kitchen and bake up my Easter Bunny Cupcakes? These just make me smile. So cute! Click Desserts for more delicious spring and Easter desserts.
