Hi Cooking Moms, Dads & Friends,

Hope you had a great week. Love is in the air! Valentine's Day is one week from today. Bring on the chocolate. This weekend I’m headed to The American Club in Kohler for their Celebration of Chocolate. Confession. I am a total chocoholic! I’m super excited to learn from the Kohler chefs about how to make the ultimate hot chocolate and killer chocolate cake too! I promise to post lots of pictures on Instagram! Follow me!

This week included national Nutella Day. Why not treat the family to a special breakfast this weekend? My Nutella Stuffed French Toast with Strawberries is to die for. Chocolate for breakfast. Now, that's a great way to start the day! Click Breakfast and Brunch for more delicious recipes.

For dinner I think it's fun to do a date night "in" every once in a while. The restaurants are going to be crowded on Valentine’s Day. I’d rather go out for dinner another time. Start out your romantic dinner with my Simply Great Stuffed Mushrooms or my Maple Bacon Wrapped Scallops. Both are amazing! And just 4 ingredients each. Click Appetizers for more of of favorite recipes.

For the main course, what about making Beef Stroganoff? This recipe is a family fave passed down from my grandmother. I think it’s the best ever! Hope you agree!

You can't go wrong with my Bacon 'n Cheese Stuffed Beef Tenderloin! You'd pay big bucks for a dinner like this at a restaurant. I say save some dough and make it at home. I like to serve the beef with my pretty Strawberry Fields Salad, and Garlic and Herb Mashed or Easy Twice Baked Potatoes.

For the kids, my Mini Meatloaves are fun to do. I pipe on mashed potatoes and decorate the tops with a drizzle of ketchup and parsley so they look like cupcakes. CUTE, don't you think? Click Dinner, Salads, and Side Dishes for more fun and yummy recipes.

Speaking of cupcakes, why not bake some up with a surprise inside? My Chocolate Strawberry Stuffed Cupcakes are filled with a little love! And, if you like cheesecake but don't want to go through the hassle, not to mention the expense of making one, I've got the answer. Make my Cheesecake Cupcakes! It's the easiest way ever to bake up little mini cheesecakes. Top them with fresh berries or canned pie filling and they look so pretty!

No time to bake? No worries! Pick up some brownies and layer my Chocolate Raspberry Trifle in pretty wine or martini glasses. So pretty and so easy. Talk about the ultimate date night dessert! Click Desserts for more romantic dessert recipes.
