Hope you had a great week. Love is in the air! Valentine's Day is one week from today. Bring on the chocolate. This weekend I’m headed to The American Club in Kohler for their Celebration of Chocolate. Confession. I am a total chocoholic! I’m super excited to learn from the Kohler chefs about how to make the ultimate hot chocolate and killer chocolate cake too! I promise to post lots of pictures on Instagram! Follow me!

For dinner I think it's fun to do a date night "in" every once in a while. The restaurants are going to be crowded on Valentine’s Day. I’d rather go out for dinner another time. You can't go wrong with my Bacon 'n Cheese Stuffed Beef Tenderloin! You'd pay big bucks for a dinner like this at a restaurant. I say save some dough and make it at home. I like to serve the beef with my pretty Strawberry Fields Salad, and Garlic and Herb Mashed or Easy Twice Baked Potatoes.
