Hi Cooking Moms, Dads & Friends, It's almost Halloween! This morning I’m on TV in Milwaukee making some of my Halloween Favorites! My Pumpkin Dip is a great way to get the party started! I serve it in a small hollowed out pumpkin with graham crackers, Nilla wafers, ginger snaps and crisp crunchy apples for dipping. It’s so good! Perfect for game day too! I’ve got a secret. Dip apple slices in Sprite or lemon lime soda and they won’t turn brown. Tastes way better than lemon juice! Here’s another secret. There’s so much candy around Halloween. I say you gotta offer some healthy treats too! My Halloween Fruit Kabobs are so easy! I serve them with my Fluffy Orange Yogurt Fruit Dip. The kids can even help make these! Putting fruit on a stick and serving it with a delicious dip is a great way to make fruit more fun! Click Secrets for lots more of my secrets, tips, and tricks! When the kids come home from trick or treating or before they head out I think it’s important they get something in their stomachs before they dive into the candy. My Spider Web Pizza is super easy! You can make mini pizzas too that the kids can help decorate. I’ve been making a lot of soup lately. It doesn’t get easier than my Two Ingredient Creamy Tomato Soup. It’s super yummy and you can whip it up in seconds. Great with fresh basil on top! For Halloween put Alfredo sauce in a Ziploc bag with the small cut in the corner and pipe a spider web on web on each bowl. Serve with my Bones and Blood or Jack O’ Lantern Quesadillas for dipping. YUM! Click Soups, Sandwiches and Appetizers for tempting fall recipes. Make salad more exciting with my Orange Salad Bowls that look like Jack o’ lanterns! Click Salads for fall salad recipes. Dress up ordinary hot dogs and make them spooktacular by turning them into Mummy Dogs or scary Halloween Bloody Finger Hot Dogs. Click Dinner for more delicious dinner recipes. For dessert, how cute are these Ghost Cups? Let the kids crush the cookies and layer them in clear plastic cups. Or throw your apron on and make my surprising Dirt Cupcakes. They are always a hit! Click Desserts for more of my favorite Halloween and fall dessert recipes. Join me for a Fall Luncheon in Manawa, WIGrab your girlfriends and come out for a spectacular fall day in Manawa, Wisconsin.
